The Company:

Main duties:
To support, coach, develop and supervise a team of customer service representatives

The Role:
- To develop and maintain an excellent communication with the team members
- To develop and support the team to ensure high standard of customer service
- To coach the team members and give them positive as well as negative feedback on their performance
- To deal with various enquiries from international customers
- To ensure that all customers enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- To be in charge of administrative duties when required

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (Written and spoken)
- Additional fluency in Italian, French, Spanish, German or Dutch (Written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word...)

Salary:
£25k - £29k pa + Benefits (Pension scheme, 25 days holidays, private health care, car parking)
