The Role
The role is Full-time, with an initial three months probation period in a friendly and lively open office environment in Milton Keynes.
As an International Delegate Acquisitions Consultant you will be speaking with C-Level Business Directors and booking them to participate in our leading boardroom strategy meetings that are held both in the UK and on the Continent. You are expected to be driven, organised and professional, whist using your market knowledge, motivation and initiative to drive towards targets and deadlines to deliver top-class results to your clients. Within this role you will need to take ownership of your project whist also working with your colleagues towards event objectives.
Suitable applicants will be rewarded with:
· Achievable OTE of £40K,
· You will have the opportunity after your first three months to increase your earnings further depending on your performance,
· Regular and structured training and personal development plans and sessions,
· Uncapped commission.
About You
You will need to have passion to succeed in a target driven entrepreneurial sales environment and you will want to maximize your earnings.

• Sales experience preferred but not essential
