Night shift - 6pm to 1.30am
The role of the Dealer encompasses providing exceptional sales and service to existing and new internal and external clients of the CommSec International and Derivatives Markets business, as well as identify and manage the various risks of the business and look for opportunities to grow the business.
Your top priority will be to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing internal and external clients via the phone, email, web and face-to-face in line with CommSec and CBA group policies and initiatives.
Main duties include:
- Ensure all client inquiries are acted on promptly and in-line with customer service goals (e.g GOS and Call Reviews);
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase sales and awareness of the products;
- Understand the International and Derivative Market environment and how market events impact client activity and volume;
- Ensure full compliance and accountability with regard to FSRA and CommSec business rules;
- Participate in building and developing a strong and committed team environment;
- Proactively help manage key risks associated with the business in partnership with risk stakeholders (e.g. credit and market risk departments), to prevent losses to revenue and brand reputation;
- Ensure all client complaints are handled according to CommSec policy;
- Maintain proficiency on all CommSec and other systems required for each product.
You must have exposure to financial markets, and a good understanding of systems and products used in the execution of these products. PS 146, ADA1, ADA2 and ASX CFD Compliance and excellent communication skills are inherent to being successful in this role.
