International Financial Manager (M/F) recruitment

They are looking for an (m/f) International Financial Manager of the Luxembourg and Dutch companies.
Your Role
1. As Financial Manager of Luxembourg and Dutch companies:
- Reporting to the Board of Directors functionally to the Head of Group Reporting Financial Services, and will manage all financial administrative activities of the Luxembourg and Dutch entities;
- Day-to-day administration and accounting of the companies in Luxembourg (with the help of local Luxembourg based employee) and in The Netherlands;
- Responsible for the legal and tax compliance of the companies in close collaboration with external service providers and with the technical support of the legal and tax department of the Group;
- Internal control and periodical reporting (managerial and legal, appropriate analysis and comments);
- Prepare budgets and forecasts according to Group agenda, in close relationship with Finance and Reporting department;
2. As Controller of financial and holding companies (excluding BU financial and holding companies, if any) and of the representative offices of the Luxembourg and Dutch companies (if any).
Your Profile
- Master degree, ideally certification in accounting;
- Minimum 15 years experience in an international industrial company;
- Proven experience in company administration (board of directors, shareholders meeting, etc…);
- Fluent in French and English;
- Knowledge / understanding of direct indirect taxes allowing a pro-active in these tax matters;
- Good communication and presentation skills (written, oral, listening, influencing, coaching).
