Our International Graduate Program in Corporate Investment Banking marks the perfect start of your professional career at UniCredit. The modular-structured program enables you to gain practical know-how in the CIB area. From your target area you will rotate in national and international important interfaces in order to qualify for your target position. A tailor-made training concept in the beginning of your program provides the transfer of your academic knowledge into practical training.

Your Tasks:

- Prepare client and marketing presentations for ARTS transactions
- Conduct industry analysis and competitive financial benchmarking
- Structure solutions for FIG and Corporate Clients with a focus to the accounting, tax and regulatory analysis
- Be involved in documental issues (i.e. mandate, term sheet, loan agreements, servicing docs; ISDA documentation etc.)
- Support in comprehensive risk assessment and prepare credit request and similar approval documents as well as external investor and guarantor documents
- Monitor transactions during the post closing phase
- Support on profitability and cost monitoring
