International Investment Sales Team Member (Frankfurt) recruitment

To join a telephone based team whose role is to contact IFAs within the German and Austrian market place in order to develop MG relationships and develop business from region of IFAs, using key account management / sales skills and extensive telephone techniques to achieve delivery of the sales plan.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables
High activity/contact with IFAs to obtain business from a identified IFAs.
Work with Sales Team to define activities/responsibilities
Maintain level of productivity against set targets for number of required telephone contacts.
Measure all telephone contacts within departmental KPIs.
Attend team meetings and performance reviews as required.
Agree and document activities
Agree as Sales plan with Manager
Monitor progress against sales plan and adjust where appropriate
Maintain current knowledge of Company's and competitors product range
Retain ownership of IFA issues whilst using other business areas
Make full use of and update contact management systems
Operate within standard procedures and compliance guidelines

Knowledge Experience
Experience in banking / business degree / or comparable investment knowledge
Understanding of IFA business
Understanding of IFA market place

Qualifications

Apprenticeship in banking, business degree or comparable
Professsional qualifications advantageous
Additional higher studies supported
