International Management Trainee (m/f) Job in Kaufering, Germany
Right at the beginning of our 24 month program you will take up the challenge of your own area of responsibility, with direct responsibility for a certain number of customer accounts. You will be a constant source of advice and support for your customers, taking an active role in the introduction of new products, for example. During your time as a trainee, you will become equipped with the tools of the trade you will need as you develop your international long-term career in the Hilti Group.
In the second half of the trainee programme, you will be given responsibility for challenging national and international projects focussing on both business strategy and concepts as well as operations. Based on your ultimate career goal, you will be given an extensive insight into areas of the business including sales, marketing, human resources or finance controlling.
