INTERNATIONAL MARKETING ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

1.      Bilingual English/Spanish (write, read, speak).

2.      University diploma or 3 years of experience as Marketing Manager and/or Brand Manager

3.      Focused project management skills.

4.      Solid understanding of the principles of marketing.

5.      Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.

6.      Excellent copy writing skills in English and Spanish.

7.      Ability to efficiently manage a campaign budget.

8.      Creative and innovative way of thinking.

9.      Good attention to detail, and organization

10.    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients.

11.    Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.

12.    Solid computer skills, knowledge of PowerPoint / Excel / Word

13.    Able to process multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline       driven environment. 

14.   Problem analysis and resolution skills. 

Position duties include, but not limited to:

• Reviewing and approving account plans.
• Ensuring importer reaches key retail accounts (on and off premise).
•Yearly planning for importer strategies and directing the planning process with importers:
• Understanding importer policies (i.e., markets and service)
• Communicating objectives in the context of how importer manages and prioritizes our brand portfolio.
• Creating and implementing promotional plans.

Developing and implementing individualized incentive programs for importers to drive sales and increase profits. 

• Identifying challenges and working to find solutions. 
• Following up with importers to increase current sales and ensure appropriate understanding of expectations. 
• Monthly planning and business review and analyzing prior month and plan for coming month.
• Reviewing prior month's performance versus plan and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensuring coordination on planned activities for each coming month. 
• New products: Creating plans and targets for new products.

• 50k annual salary, contingent upon experience/skills

Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30a.m to 3:30p.m
