International Marketing Manager

Shopbop, the leading online boutique for women?s fashion, is looking for an international marketing manager to join the international team. This marketing manager will be instrumental in creating and managing inter-disciplinary projects to drive the international business, spearheading country specific customer acquisition initiatives, while seeking to understand the details of the business through thoughtful reporting and analysis. Working and influencing across departments, this marketer must leverage analytical skills to help inform marketing decisions. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of delivering results, continuous innovation, and dealing with ambiguity. Responsibilities: Create and support international marketing initiatives, such as country and brand-specific promotions, operational efficiencies and site improvements. Work across channels to optimize channel mix, budget allocation, and marketing spend efficiency. Manage outsourced agencies and consultants, including focus group partners, affiliate organizations, translation agencies and partners in on- and off-line marketing. Continually liaise across the organization to drive improved international customer engagement and experience, often taking ownership in influencing outside departments. Manage global marketing calendar and work across departments to ensure key messaging across platforms, including the site, email, social media, and public relations. Deep dive into countries, creating country-specific, cross-channel marketing plans. Report on key learning?s and results of initiatives, driving future initiatives.
