International Mobility Consultant
The Global Mobility team is the centre of expertise for moving Zurich employees around the world. In this role you will ensure a smooth transfer of the International Assignee to the new location. Therefore you will be a credible discussion partner to the line management, HR Business Partners, Talent Management and the Assignee by providing full HR consulting and administration support. You will liaise with other HR functions to coordinate the assignment, advise on compensation, tax, immigration, pension and relocation issues. Supported by a modern expatriate tracking tool, you will calculate and prepare compensation package and tax calculations as well as cost allocation agreements, payroll set-ups and assist in completing the business case for an assignment. You will be involved in repatriation discussions by closely working together with Talent Management. Further you will provide overall contract management, manage relationships with external tax, immigration, destination and relocation service providers and participate in Global Mobility improvement projects. We will count on you, to develop productive relationships with line management, business division HR teams and Group HR functions.
To your business related bachelor level degree with solid HR experience in a medium to large sized HR or International Mobility team you should add broad working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably as HR manager, consultant or as management development consultant. Further essential assets are a global outlook and understanding of global business structure and strategy, profound experience in coordinating International Assignees and associated compensation and benefits and good understanding of tax, social security and pension issues. You will profit from project involvement experience as well as from proficient written and spoken English on native speaker level.
