International Mobility & Reward Manager recruitment

In respect of the Performance Reward delivery channel, you will drive the integrated mobility policies, products, processes, advice and interventions in relation to cross-boarder movement of employees that drives business performance. You will also drive support of strategic resourcing and talent management strategies, while meeting dual goals of a positive employee experience and effective cost management.

Specifically, you will provide input to define and articulate the vision, strategy, priorities and plans for international talent mobility and own the reward elements of the IM policy and act as a point of escalation for exceptional and reward related ‘out of policy’ queries. You will work with reward specialists to drive thinking on an integrated total reward approach and enable the frontline delivery of processes and production within the performance and reward channel. 

To the extent of the performance reward delivery channel, responsible for policy, process, input, framework, communication, operations execution in partnership with the performance reward channel, governance and standards. You will be accountable for effectiveness of the ‘end to end’ process or product within the Performance and Reward channel.

Deep specialist IM experience including expatriate taxation or assignment policy background will be essential coupled with an understanding of technical assignment issues. Strong ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders coupled with the ability to influence and negotiate, and implement effectively.
