International Payroll Specialist

My client is an employee benefit organisation based in the City of London. They work with organisations to provide benefits to their employees. Therefore they are looking for someone who is energetic, social, and with a great personality. Experience is key as they are seeking someone who can come in and join the company and be proactive. The ideal candidate will spot a change and upgrade or implement this. It is a three/6 month FTC.

Ideal candidate must demonstrate the following on their CV:

1. Strong experience in preparing payroll for UK, USA and Australia to send to the outsourced payroll providers.

2. Posting monthly payroll journals

3. Preparing balance sheet reconciliation's for the payroll accounts

4. Improving process for payroll

5. Dealing with queries from employees

6. Energetic, bright, quick learner
