International Process Consultant recruitment
My client is an internationally renowned provider of Financial Services. One of their key strategies going forward is to grow their offshore savings and investment business, whilst capitalising on UK business.
They are currently recruiting for an Operations Development manager to work within the International Operations Development team.
Operations Development governs the International change portfolio and change process standards, the delivery of process management, operational development across new and existing markets and cross-territory projects.
The position's main purpose is to provide direction and support to the International Operations leadership team in achieving their strategic objectives through designing, planning and implementing customer, process and operational change across existing and new operations.
To be considered you will be:
- Flexible and able to travel to International locations
- Expert knowledge and understanding of the formal change management process
- Experience of leading large scale initiatives, in operations working in a direct or matrix framework and delivering quantifiable business benefits
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent
- Experience of influencing and communicating with senior management up to Director level
- Process management Lean and or Six Sigma experience to minimum of green belt level
It would also be great if you have:
- Good knowledge of the Life, Pensions and Investment business practice and markets
- Project management qualification (e.g. Prince 2 / PMI)
- Language skills applicable to International territories e.g. German, Cantonese, French
