Job Description

The international Product Marketeer (IPM) is responsible for successful penetration of product portfolio into a global technology/application market space. The IPM is part of a Product Line and reports to the IPMM and works closely together with the regional marketing and sales team to bring products to market. Within the Product Line the IPM works together with the product managers and RD on business creation, and with the supply chain organization on business fulfillment.

Key Area’s of Responsibility:
* Define product roadmap via close interaction with key Shaper customers and L2 application centers.
* Links roadmaps to technology development and innovation studies
* Define global product / market strategy combination.
* Define value proposition and product positioning
* Responsible for driving the initial New Product Creation Process with intent to justify project approvals
* Define support tools, demos, etc needed for successful Launch of product.
* Coordinate competitive benchmarking with L2 centers.
* Help define new product technical content for the web and for the regions.
* Penetrate strategic opportunities with key account sales teams on
* Train PMEs on product

Requirements

* good technical background (BS/MS, preferably in EE) with minimum of 5 years of development work, and has a good commercial background (preferably MBA) with proven commercial experience.
* excellent interpersonal skills and is a team player.
* ambitious, entrepreneur with strong analytical skills and is prepared to frequently travel throughout the world.
* communicates fluently in English
* experience with marketing in IC business.
