International Regulatory Specialist
The International Regulatory Specialist will have the responsibility of assisting in a diverse scope of Research and Development related projects culminating in a range of products being registered and available for sale in multiple global markets.
The International Regulatory Specialist implements plans, schedules, updates and controls activities to fulfill identified objectives utilizing communication, business analytical and managerial skills to satisfy International Project Development requirements.
The International Regulatory Specialist will work with members of other departments to assist in tasks and manage towards completion dates that are within the timeframe, quality specifications and budget.
Essential Duties Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
- Execution of Product Registration Process for multiple global markets
- Participate in / liaison with cross-department teams on multiple projects
- Work with key personnel in foreign markets with reference to product introductions
- Work with global market consultants to ensure compliance with formulation / labeling regulations
- Maintain / Develop SOP’s for “How to Import Product” to existing / new global markets
- Execute applications for Health Certificates and Import Permits abroad, working with in market consultants and staff as necessary
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Inspires coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Estimate resource requirements to complete planned activities
- Assist in developing project plans and schedules that represent the appropriate level of detail and task interdependency
- Apply foresight and insight to proactively address risk management issues
- Take ownership of role and maintain accurate and up to date records on Microsoft “One Note”

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of related work experience
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note)
- Experience with Acrobat Reader
- Experience with MS Project a plus
