About the person:

 

·         Solid experience of working in a sales role and closing deals – not necessarily in property

·         Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude

·         Should be a goal orientated, target driven, self-motivated, organised and sociable individual

·         Thrive on taking on responsibility

·         Full commitment and flexibility to occasionally work overseas

·         Able to work under pressure to produce results

·         Prepared to put in long hours and work hard to achieve success

 

 

You will be responsible for:

 

·         Advising on overseas property investments/portfolios

·         Advising clients throughout the sales process

·         Closing overseas property deals

·         Managing clients overseas property portfolios

·         Following up all sales enquiries

·         Building rapport and maintaining client relationships

·         Visiting and researching overseas properties and uploading detailed reports

·         Potential to manage and motivate a sales team
