International Sr Relationship Manager (Middle Market Commercial Lending)
Most senior level position focused on trade finance relationship management and/or development of export finance business. Responsible for handling all aspects of the client relationship including directing or coordinating the execution of various types of transactions. Fully experienced, qualified personnel capable of independent activity including origination, structuring and execution of financing for complex trade and export related transactions. May act as a team leader in overseeing a group of trade finance relationship managers. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years relationship management experience. Minimum Qualifications: Experience in structuring, documenting and closing sales on mid-market commercial credit and cash management solutions. Complex negotiation. Credit and risk analysis experience. 8+ years of Commercial Lending experience. Seasoned experience in originating, structuring, and executing credit structures including: working capital facilities (asset and cash flow based), permanent working capital, real estate lending and trade cycle finance. Strong knowledge in providing sophisticated treasury management solutions. Well versed in complex negotiations with strong credit and risk analysis experience. Candidate shall have developed and maintained client relationships of middle market commercial and corporate businesses, including as lead agent of syndicated credit facilities. Solid cross-selling of products, services and transactions related to international services, foreign exchange, traditional commercial lending, treasury management, international banking, insurance services and/or credit related products. Work with junior relationship managers in underwriting, presenting for credit approval and negotiating with clients. Preferred Skills: Proven sales performance with solid marketing business skills. Knowledgeable in cross-border, trade cycle finance and cross-currency transactions. Veteran commercial lender with syndication leadership experience.
