Global Corporate Banking includes both the Corporate Banking coverage officers as well as the product development and delivery capabilities of Global Treasury Solutions (GTS). Bringing together the relationship management and origination skills of corporate bankers with the capabilities of GTS helps us deliver our corporate banking solutions to clients. This fully integrated model is supplemented by an end-to-end partnership with Investment Banking to provide strategic coverage to our premier, complex relationships.
Job Description
Within Corporate Banking, ISB manages global Multinational US European clients who operate in Asia. ISB bankers synthesize their relationship building efforts along with global client managers and product partners to deliver the Bank's capabilities locally in country and across the region. Corporate Banking ISB Analysts are active members of the country's integrated client coverage teams and assist coverage bankers in the delivery of the full breadth of products and services to clients and prospects. ISB Analysts are called on to:
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation maintenance of client information, coverage strategies and minutes of Portfolio discussions with global coverage bankers
- Take responsibility for the production distribution of internal productivity tools for the team - meeting minutes, market reports, pipeline reports deal related information
- Perform various statistical and financial analyses as required in pitching business internally as well as with clients
- Prepare presentation and other materials for clients
- Communicate and interact with both regional local client team members across Asia
- Support the bankers with their client management - relationship development, deal execution and responding to client requests
- Assist in deal execution and follow-up which involves inter alia putting together internal memos, going through KYC processes, working with product partners to document book transactions
Requirements
- Being a self starter who can manage several projects at once, work effectively as an individual and as part of a team and demonstrate personal initiative and high energy
- Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic qualifications
- A track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus
