Role and Responsibilities:

• Take primary responsibility in establishing and maintaining successful clients relationship

• Staying abreast of developments within the international arena that may affect clients business, both globally and locally

• Formulating effective and tax-efficient cross-border strategies for both Kazakh and overseas investments

• Managing clients global structural tax rate

• Responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities

• Ensure compliance of activities with technical risk management requirements of the firm

Knowledge:

• Thorough knowledge of assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions

• Considerable knowledge of corporate tax and double tax treaties, including tax research, compliance and consulting within an international taxation environment

Skills:

• Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs

• Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement

• Communicating value propositions

• Managing resource requirements

• Project workflow

• Budgets, billing and collections

• Preparing and/or coordinating complex written reports and verbal communications
