International Tax Services Managers- Transfer Pricing (Multiple Positions)- Manage and undertake complex transfer pricing analysis and creation of transfer pricing documentation and other client work product and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations. Deliver quality tax planning services for our diverse clients. Review transfer pricing and economic engagements of Staff and Senior employees. Conduct timely performance reviews for Transfer Pricing Staff and Transfer Pricing Senior employees and help to develop and guide staff and other junior transfer pricing professionals by providing effective performance feedback/training and ensuring team responsibilities are consistent with skills and developmental goals. Lead by example. Generate new business opportunities. Identify business development opportunities for transfer pricing and other special services, and assist Partners and Senior Managers on engagement pursuits, scoping/budgeting for projects and preparing proposals. Work with Senior Managers and Partners regarding transfer pricing findings and determination of next steps. Thoroughly and accurately analyze information. Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions. Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Economics,Tax or Accounting, with specific coursework in business finance, macro and micro economics, statistics, econometrics and accounting, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience in business advisory, economic consulting or tax consulting experience, including 2 years of transfer pricing experience, and one of the following certifications: CFA designation,American Society of Appraiser's Business Valuation Certification, CPA; OR Masters degree with a concentration in Accounting, International Affairs, Business, Finance, or Economics, plus 3 years of business advisory,economic consulting or tax consulting experience, including at least 2 years of transfer pricing experience; OR PhD in Business, Finance or Economics, plus 1 year of business advisory, economic consulting or tax consulting experience, including transfer pricing experience.
- Must have prior experience managing people and projects.
