Responsibilities

· Perform investigation, escalation and follow-up on Payments related cases raised by clients, business partners or FIs and ensure resolution

· Provide dedicated support to one prime client in remittance services

· Provide middle office support to outsourcing team

· Manual processing of SGD and Foreign Currencies payments before currency cut off time

· Work with the Payments team to achieve the Hoshin targets

· Assist in other duties assigned

Requirements

· GCE "A" level or Diploma holder

· Minimum 3 years working experience in Remittance will be preferred

· Team player with good written oral communication skills

· Ability to work independently, under pressure and occasional long hours

· Ability to multi-task adapt to change

· Good interpersonal skills

· Strong MS Office skills
