International Treasury Manager - Switzerland

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the treasury department and liaise with other key financial functions
Implement and maintain a global bank account and liquidity structure
Manage the intercompany loan portfolio as well as coordinate periodic tax related cash movements
Manage the global payments process. The Swiss entity will act as a global principal company and will make and receive payments in 30+ countries
Establish a FX risk monitoring and hedging program
Coordinate cash flow forecasting processes
Implement and monitor strong payment and cash control
Act as primary security administrator on global banking web portals
Lead the continued development of the global treasury system (Kyriba)
Develop and manage periodic reporting processes
Lead special projects and drive continuous improvement within the treasury function
Develop treasury policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics and ideally a professional treasury qualification (CTP, CertITM, etc.)
A minimum of 7-10 years treasury experience with supervisory experience. International treasury experience is required.
Experience with implementation and use of a treasury system.
Experience with integration of financial information systems.
Experience implementing and maintaining SOX compliant processes.
Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, startup type environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Sound, ethical judgment in dealing with cash, and in evaluating when to appropriately escalate issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
