We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative team player to join the eCommerce Infrastructure team in an Internet Services Engineer role.

Key responsibilities will include:

Audit all internet infrastructure in Asia Pacific region
Take lead on programme to re-build devices to standard software versions and configurations
Swap out and refresh end of life devices
Implement centralized management of regional proxy estate
Document environment to bank standards
Provide 2nd/3rd line support of the various Staff Internet environments operating across the global environment
Management of Anti-Virus and Content Filter services
Performance and capacity management reporting for the Internet service Infrastructure.
Essential Technical Experience:
- Minimum 4 years experience of Blue Coat Proxy server related technologies
- Minimum 2 years experience of supporting platforms running Windows Server and UnixLinux
- Minimum 2 years experience of DNS technologies (Infoblox preferred)
The candidate must demonstrate a professional collaborative approach with a ‘can do’ attitude and have strong communication skills
