Internship – SAP CRM Deployment Support (m/f) Job in Betzdorf
About the job:
SES is the world’s leader in global satellite communications providing first-class, worldwide broadcast and data communications.
Context
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the ATHOS(*) Front office team in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry from July 2012 to December 2012. Based in Luxembourg, you will contribute to the business transition to the SAP application.
(*) ATHOS is an SAP implementation project at SES group level
Responsibilities
- Testing the CRM application and maintaining list of open items
- Preparation of user documentation
- Preparation of Training material
- Organization of the user training in line with the overall training plan
- Support initial training sessions
- Support the data migration
Experience / Qualifications
- Being an advanced student in IT with a customer oriented mindset or in a relevant technical area
- Strong interest in the media/telecommunication business and technical interest in satellites
- Excellent analytical and judgment skills, experience with commercial environment, technical writing
- Ability to set priorities and to work under tight deadlines
- Computer literate (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access)
- Work independently as well as in a team
- Easiness to communicate at all levels
- Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset
- EU-25 nationality or work permit
