As an intern in Group Compliance you will have the excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. The main purpose of the Risk Management department is to monitor the overall risk and compliance profile of Deutsche Börse Group and of relevant legal entities so that developments that could jeopardize the interests of Deutsche Börse Group entities can be identified and suitable countermeasures can be deployed. You will be actively taking part in our process, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.
Your responsibilities
- Assistance with the Group Compliance activities
- Accomplishment of controls in the range of Research and Monitoring
- Accomplishment of controls in the range of Insider- and Embargomonitoring
- Preparation of analyses and reports on current Compliance issues
- Project-related activities with regard to development of compliance tools
- Administrative and organizational work
Our requirements
- Students who will apply for an internship must have completed at least the first 2 years of their university studies
- The students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, German and/or French would be an asset
- Competent handling of MS-Office applications (especially Access, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Interest in banking as well as capital and stock markets
- Commitment, ability to work independently, accuracy and organizing abilities
- Good communication skills, team player
