Develop a high level transaction based model of a DDR4 memory system using C++ and/or SystemC. Detailed models of special ASIC's in the system are required.
YOUR QUALIFICATION
• Knowledge of programming language C++ and preferable SystemC.
• Basic understanding of controller based systems.
• Knowledge in the area of high level description languages like Verilog or VHDL.
• Know basics of circuit design using digital methods.
• Understanding of CMOS circuit would be of added value.
