Working in the Reliability Lab on an Electronic / Physic automation or measuring application for IC Qualification Process in the Lab.
● This can include electronic hardware development and Software programming in C / MSP430 assembler code.
● IC package analysis and reliability testing will be a part of the job.
● IC Package evaluation tasks as soldering new packages on PCB or evaluating the reliability of new package generations is another task of the Internship.
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
● Electronic component knowledge and electrical circuit understanding.
● Computer skills in Windows programs.
● English language understanding.
● Analog circuit / application knowledge, µController MSP430 programming skills.
● C software programming understanding.
