At Ignis Asset Management we have opportunities within our investment internship programme. This is designed to give an insight into our investment business with around £78bn* in assets under management and a global distribution presence. The programme will offer exposure to different investment specialists and provide a stepping stone towards our full graduate programme.
The summer intern programme 2012 provides placement for six to eight weeks in either our London or Glasgow offices and will provide an overview of how an asset management company works. During this programme you will experience the challenges that impact all areas of the business from the investment desks, to the initiatives of our marketing teams and the compliance of our control and operational areas. You will be involved in meaningful project work across teams with the aim of providing a useful contribution to the business.
It is essential that you should be on course for a 2.1 or above, in your penultimate year at one of the Russell Group of Universities and have at least 3 ‘A’ grade A Levels or equivalent (including Maths and English). You must also have demonstrable IT skills (advanced excel as a minimum) and clear proof of eligibility to work within the UK and be able to work at either our Glasgow or London office.
