Intranet Content Specialist

TD Bank's US intranet, TeamWOW!, has evolved into a one-stop-shop for company information, tools and resources. The Intranet Communications Specialist position is responsible for publishing and maintaining Employee news, benefits information and workforce content, as well as interactive social media features to foster an inclusive online Employee community. As the intranet continues to evolve, work with business partners to develop and execute project plans, tasks and key deliverables to enable CAPA communications strategies. Review and publish employee-generated content such as comments, photos, marketplace items, etc. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the intranet and TD's Enterprise Social Media program. Filter and research internal communication/Employee inquiries and support day-to-day communications for review and approval by key stakeholders. Participate fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Depth Scope:
- Seize opportunities to WOW! Employees by coordinating and maintaining an intranet experience that drives business productivity and Employee engagement and reinforces our Culture of Customer-focus and convenience.
- Assist business partners and clients to improve the online experience and enhance TeamWOW! as an effective business tool.
- Respond to Employee requests for information on a timely basis.
- Serve as project coordinator for new areas on TeamWOW!
- Periodically reviews Intranet pages looking for appropriate content and consistency. Recommends solutions to the Intranet Communications Manager for changes and/or issue resolution.
- Promote company culture and Employee engagement through online communications channels.
- Publish Employee-generated content to TeamWOW! and continue to find ways to enhance the Employee Experience.
- Provide support as needed for coordination of contests and other Employee participation activities.
- Maintain and support a variety of articles, editorial calendars, reports and schedules. Serve as "backup" support at all levels
- Identify areas where employee feedback on communications is needed and support data gathering efforts through numerous channels surveys, focus groups and polling.
- Demonstrate a focus on metrics-oriented evaluation of communications generated
- Seize opportunities to feature on TeamWOW! the Company's corporate responsibility, diversity, environmental and community affairs initiatives and activities.

Education Experience:
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years related experience required
- Excellent writing, verbal organization and presentation skills
- Knowledge of company culture
- Creative ability and resourcefulness in generating new ideas
- Knowledge of content management systems and some HTML experience
