Intranet webmaster assistant – Intern recruitment
Description
You will work closely with the other members of the Internal Communications (4 persons) team split between Paris and London.
These teams have a major role in communicating the strategy of AXA Investment Managers, its main objectives being respectively (i) to help employees across all offices understand all organisational changes and business priorities and (ii) to accompany the execution of AXA IM strategy and ensure the promotion of its commercial offer in the medias, while protecting the company, especially in period of crisis.
In order to implement these tasks, the Internal Communications team uses different tools (a global intranet, an internal magazine, emailing campaigns…). The internal communications team is also in charge of coordinating the Sustainable Development efforts of the company.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, your main responsibilities will be Intranet webmaster assistant - Intern
-Application support
- Support the global network of intranet editors: provide them with training, tips and tricks, support and statistics.
- Proactively manage the maintenance and quality of all content, ensuring that it is up to date, on brand, appropriate and presented in the most effective way for the web.
- Manage AXA IM’s directory and the new arrivals announcement process.
-Project Manager Assistance
- Gathering and analysing users’ needs
- Running tests for future developments on the application
-Web Internal Communications Assistance
- Create and implement web internal communications plans to promote projects, teams or events: creation of internal mini-sites, writing of internal news, …
- Promote the intranet as a key communications tool throughout the business.
Experience and skills required
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong interest in communications at large
- Good writing skills
- Literate in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Internet Explorer
- Literate in html is an advantage
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, client-oriented
- Strong team player with the ability to also work independently and be self-motivated
