Inventory Assistant Job in Fareham, Southern Uk

Inventory Assistant required to join a market leader on a contract basis!

You will be working within the IT Service delivery Team as the Inventory Assistant where you will be providing support to the Inventory Manager keeping all inventory and software licensing up to date.

Other duties will include but not limited to:
- Manage Remedy Incident and Service Request Stack ensuring they all meet contractual Service Level agreements
- Maintain and up date all original hardcopy licence documents, including maintenance and support agreements
- Manage all deliveries of Hardware
- Update Service Requests with delivery items and reassign to the appropriate team for installation
- Report on any request that are outside SLA's
- Make sure licence compliancy before installation or Software
- Use Sap SRM to place orders
- Enter all licence information on to the database
- All other duties as required

Candidates must have a proven working background within this role (Inventory management) or very similar and be fully IT literate and be able to provide IT support. You need to have good working knowledge of SAP, have good problem solving skills and be self motivated working within a challenging environment.

It would be an advantage to have working knowledge on LANDesk and Remedy but this is not essential.

Candidates must hold or be able to undergo successful Security Clearance
