Inventory Co-ordinator/Revenue Analyst Job in Port Solent, Southern Uk

Based in Port Solent, Portsmouth 

 

Hours of Work: Full Time, 5 days Friday to Tuesday.

This role is responsible for ensuring that the selling systems hold accurate data on the availability of yachts for customers to book. You will update the system as new yachts become available, are moved around our worldwide bases, or taken out of service for routine maintenance. You will work closely with the Revenue Manager to develop and maintain reliable measurement tools to conduct marketing analysis and support revenue management.

    1. Enter yachts and all associated details into the computer system.  Advise management of changes to existing fleet profile or other facts directly affecting charter sales. 
    2. Administer efficient yacht maintenance schedules and control boat movement as directed.  Conduct fleet planning analysis.
    3. Maintain a direct, open communication with Yacht Owner Liaison to provide needed assistance.
    4. Monitor competitor pricing. 
    5. Assist in the tracking and measuring effectiveness of marketing promotions.  Complete revenue and marketplace analysis.
    6. Perform other duties and special assignments as required.
