PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Provides support to production scheduling on all material to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Interfaces with Inventory Manager on the planning and forecasting of Inventory Control. Interfaces with all departments to ensure compliance with corporate policy and customer efficiency requirements. Is required to ensure accurate inventory, data collection and proper documentation to support the daily activities of production .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Monitor and maintain correctly balanced inventory levels on all supplied material. • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of units to the production floor to support the production schedules and customer requirements • Monitor the inbound supply of Product to ensure an accurate and timely receiving. • Perform all other duties assigned including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills, and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks in support of the company • Supervise a workforce in a manner to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. • Maintain a safe work environment. • Provide training, support and disciplinary actions of all team members.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Interact with Inventory Manager to support daily operations. 2. Keep up to date with BP procedures and policies and ensure team members are updated. 3. Complete all paperwork in accordance with company policies.
BASIC FUNCTIONS: 1. Positions which report to the incumbent of this position are, but not limited to: Stockers, Auditors, Inventory Control, Data Entry, and Cycle Counters. 2. Authority that can be exercised in this position: - Hiring and firing Recommend - Operating policies Recommend - Subordinate job assignments Can change within company policy - Setting operating policies Recommend - Use of cell phone passed security By Inventory Manager approval only - Use of outside company computer access No

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous Supervisory experience with Inventory Control.
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Knowledge of the wireless manufacturing/distribution industry, P.C. skills (Excel, Word highly recommended).
