We currently have a great opportunity in Los Angeles for an Inventory Coordinator.  This position is a direct hire opportunity and an immediate need.   The inventory coordinator will be responsible for preparing and shipping out International orders to Centers and monitoring/analyzing daily inventory by performing the following duties:

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing quotes and process orders to International Centers. Complete commercial invoices and packing lists for International orders. Obtain freight rates quotes from transportation providers and forwarders.

Arrange transportation for orders.  Verify invoices from vendors and prepare invoices with proper documentation for accounting to process payment.  Daily Updating of physical inventory in Inventory Module.

Update stock status in Great Plains, and Wasp systems. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to accomplish tasks; specifically Excel: knowledge of Pivotal Tables, and formula creation is essential.  Create Inventory item sales reports. Function as a liaison support between management and various departments, partners, vendors, and student support.   Performs any other tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager. Must be proficient in Excel and have at least 2 years of recent inventory experience.
