Self-Motivated, Analytical, Organized Proactive Inventory Coordinator with strong Communication Skills needed to work in a Dynamic, Growth Oriented Organization! You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock on hand in the different warehouses. Responsible for supporting aligned markets and Supply Chain Teams with the inbound receipt of product and delivery to the customer of ex-warehouse orders.
As an Inventory Coordinator for this outstanding Global Client, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Executing US sourced warehouse replenishment orders
* Maintaining accurate records of stock on hand in the warehouses
* Tracking supply levels and liaising with warehouses to authenticate stock
* Reconciling and reporting on the levels of stock
* Ensuring aged and expired stock is moved properly within agreed time
* Preparing monthly reports on variances and stock on hand
* Respond to queries and provide supporting evidence
* Develop and maintain knowledge and relationships
* Other projects as needed
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have one or more years of logistics and inventory experience. EDI experience and/or Bachelor’s Degree are a PLUS! Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP.
