It develops, finances, installs, operates and sells solar energy projects through its 5 business units Develop, Invest, Technics, Trade and Power. Apart from in-house project development, The company sells photovoltaic installations to companies and private individuals and also acts as an EPC contractor. The company has projects and customers in various countries in Europe, America and Asia. They have a market leader position in Europe and is a top 10 player worldwide.
Job Description
The prime responsibility will be the financial analysis and structuring of solar projects in Europe and Asia, which means arrange the debt financing and execute the sale of projects to potential investors.
The tasks of the Invest Manager are the following:
- Financial structuring (SPV), non-recourse debt raising
- Power Assets project sales
- Assist in equity raising
- Financial Analysis of new projects
- Follow-up of the PV financial model
- Give guidance to the development colleagues about the bankability of potential PV projects.
Job Requirements
- Master in a Financial or Economical Management
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a bank, Big4, ...;
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English;
- Good communication skills in order to negotiate on a high level;
- Good knowledge of the investment market;
- Ambitious and good drive;
- Expert in Excel;
- Flexible.
