Investment Accounting
A large, international, central London based property investment firm is looking for a Financial Controller.
The business has been consistently successful in the property investment and development market over the last ten years and has been adding assets and staff even through the more difficult years of the recession. It is now in an extremely strong financial position and is looking to hire a talented senior finance individual.
The role will report directly into the CFO and the Finance Director and will take overall responsibility for all investments and developments currently under management as part of an SPV structure. The role will be investor facing and will take responsibility for reporting on clients investments and developing relationships with these high net worth individuals. The position holder will also be expected to play a role in strategic projects to help with the growth of the business, for example the implementation of a new system.
Applicants should be ACCA or ACA qualified and should have experience of working within the property industry. They should be a self-starter and must have the credibility to interact with investors and board members.
