Key Responsibilities
The job consists in developing, implementing and monitoring hedging and investment solutions for different professional client groups by making extensive use of derivatives. Of special focus are pooled and segregated LDI methods for hedging interest rate, inflation and credit risk embedded in pension schemes.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
We are looking to hire an investment professional with 2 - 4 years of working experience in a relevant industry sector such as investment banking, investment consulting, asset/portfolio management or risk management.
Ideally you hold a university degree related to economics, finance, or mathematics.
You have in-depth knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments including derivatives from a theoretical and also a proven practical perspective. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to efficiently manage a number of different client requests and projects in high quality. A high level of expertise in pricing and trading of derivatives is required.
To fully understand our clients´ investment objectives you have strong listening skills.
Further, you are an open-minded team player, flexible, self-reliant, and forward thinking. Fluent verbal and written skills in English and German are required.
