The Private Client Direct business is a part of JPMorgan's Private Wealth Management business. Private Wealth Management is focused on the banking, trust, and investment need of high net worth clients in the US (clients with a net worth of $1-25 million). Within Private Wealth Management, the Private Client Direct team is a business unit focused on servicing the banking needs of high net worth clients who are currently maintaining smaller balances with the firm. These emerging clients represent a key area of focus to drive growth for Private Wealth Management. The two primary goals of the Private Client Direct team are: 1) growing revenue and total client positions covered by the team, and 2) transferring large relationships to the principal relationship teams in Private Wealth Management and identifying opportunities successfully captured by those principal teams. Primary Function As part of our team of specialists, the Investor is responsible for helping the Banker win new clients and deepen and strengthen existing client relationships through advising on investment solutions. Conduct investment reviews with clients to validate the clients current investment objectives and prepare recommendations of appropriate investment products Develop investment policy statements and advise on asset allocation Closes sales of complex investment products Focus on qualified purchaser clients and act as primary resource for investment communication Build excellent working relationships with internal clients Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and code of conduct Support coordination of sales effort with Capital Advisors, Fiduciary Administrators and Wealth Advisors Provide guidance to junior staff This position will require / requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the terms of the Safe Act of 2008. As such, upon active employment with JP Morgan Chase, you will be required to either register via the NMLS registry or re-register and move your previous registration to JP Morgan Chase's registration rolls. Your continued employment in this position with JP Morgan Chase is contingent upon successful registration after your start date and annual re-registration thereafter.
