Investment Analyst
Opportunity to join an exciting and fresh credit fund investing in Real Estate across Europe. The strategy is to invest across various distressed units (offices etc.) with the need of financial restructuring/redevelopment. The successful candidate will join a highly experienced team who has been successfully investing in the UK as well as across Western and Southern Europe.

- A background in the Real Estate sector. Ideally from a fund specialising in this sector;
- An entrepreneurial and confident attitude which must be accompanied by the willingness to work in a front office and client facing role;
- Strong experience in a position which entails financial modelling, negotiation, due diligence and investment reporting;
- Experience in credit/debt space;
- A genuine interest and passion for Real Estate and the desire to progress and grow within this sector.
