E-Synergy manages a very diverse portfolio of early-stage companies in various regions of the UK. As such, we receive a large number of applications for funding, business plans and technical and marketing data. This detailed investigation and analysis of information (due diligence) is necessary to ensure that the investment teams are able to make good investments at sensible valuations.
Prior to detailed due diligence, it is often useful to carry out a brief but thorough review of the investment opportunity to decide whether it fits our investment criteria. Your role will initially be to carry out this preliminary assessment of business propositions and to present your conclusions clearly and concisely to the investment team.
