Investment Analyst (Analyst 1/2 from a tier 1 bank required)
Working with a relatively lean structure, you will be required to perform primary research into areas of investment interest, provide initial due diligence on deal opportunities, construct detailed financial models to assess the investment viability and subsequently work on all areas of structuring the deal from start to finish. You will have a highly experienced team above you, who are able to pass on years of experience in this market and you will start to build external relationships from the get go. The business is focused on growing and developing its employees and as such you will be given significant input to help grow and develop.
To be considered for this opportunity you will display the following:
- Currently an Analyst 1/2 with a tier 1 investment bank (MA or Leveraged Finance teams) or equivalent within a Private Equity firm
- Strong quantitative skills
- Advanced Excel modelling knowledge
- A good knowledge of Private Equity
