Investment Analyst – Global Equities recruitment
Packer Co is a funds management firm based in Perth. We manage a single investment vehicle on behalf of private clients, the Packer Co Investigator Trust, which invests in international equities.
Our investment strategy aims to achieve sound absolute returns over the long term. We have a value oriented investment style, and an emphasis on our own independent research. We do not engage in short selling or use derivatives.
We are now seeking an outstanding Investment Analyst to join our team. The role will involve economic, industry and stock specific research to identify global investment opportunities. The role will also involve client contact, as well as domestic and international travel.
Applicants should have at least five years experience in funds management, equity research or investment banking. We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, a genuine passion for investing, the ability to think laterally, and who enjoys working in a collaborative, team based environment.
Experience in international equities is a positive.
Candidates will ideally hold right of residency to live and work in Australia although this is not essential.
