Investment Analyst – Implementation recruitment
About the role
The core of the implementation role focuses on transition project management, which can involve monitoring relatively simple unit level transactions in pooled vehicles through to complex multiple investment manager and asset class transitions.
What we’re looking for
• Previous experience in a transition role is not required
• University degree; IAQ preferable but not essential
• Project management skills
• Problem solving skills and high level of numeracy
• Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure that information and knowledge is shared and cascaded appropriately
• Team-player with the ability to fit seamlessly into the wider practice of associates all focussed on delivering work of exceptional quality
• Good IT skills (good knowledge of the MS Office package)
• Ability to work on own initiative when required as well as in a team
• To be comfortable and have the confidence to liaise with third-party organisations and with all levels of staff within the practice
• A results orientated individual who has a logical and analytical method of working
• Desire to work in the investment industry and to study towards an IMC and/or CFA qualification
