Investment Analyst – Leading Investment Firm recruitment
Private Equity Analyst required for a global Private Equity firm. Analysts will work on large cap pan European transactions and gain exposure to the full investment cycle while supporting senior Investment Directors. In addition to quantitative support through a transaction, this role will be actively involved in deal closing and post acquisition asset management and portfolio company strategy.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting detailed sector company research analysis
• Providing valuation models and supporting due diligence
• Deal execution and transaction management
• Post transaction asset management
• Liaising external senior management, clients investors
Analysts will display an outstanding academic record and have excellent communication skills; being comfortable working in small teams and liaising with external clients, and senior deal makers. Candidates will have first class modelling skills and a proven record of achievement within investment management, investment banking, private equity or an accountancy practice covering the energy, utilities, transport or infrastructure sectors. Candidates must speak either Italian or German
