A fantastic contract opportunity has arisen for an Investment Analyst to join a market leading Asset Management company within their Real Estate division.
As Investment Analyst you will be working as part of a team to assign and review the financial reporting for various Funds and assist with the international reporting process.
In addition you will also be responsible for:
- Ensuring all past and present transactions are recorded correctly
- Monitoring accounts and tax returns
- Reviewing reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Coordinating fund reporting processes on a quarterly basis
The successful candidate will be a part qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) who can demonstrate excellent numerical and analytical skills. Previous exposure working within Real Estate or Private Equity would be highly desirable. You will have excellent Excel skills and be able to work as part of a team and independently.
