The Role
You will be an integral part of the team where you will take part in research and analysis. You will identify new product initiatives in existing and new markets. You will be assisting with preparations of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. You will undertake financial modelling and prepare documentation for transaction and acquisition due diligence.
Your Profile
Degree qualified in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, you have about 1 to 3 years experience in the real estate industry. You are well versed in financial modelling and have a good aptitude for numbers. You are meticulous and a fast learner. You have business acumen and possess excellent written and spoken communication.
