Investment Analyst recruitment
The Investment Analyst will play a key role in the following areas:
Origination - identify potential acquisition targets via Industry screens, industry contacts, financial analysis etc. To develop expertise around key sub-sectors identified by the investment team. Maintain relationships with key advisers and industry experts.
Execution – contribute in each stage of the deal process. To include diligence scoping, due diligence oversight, negotiations, the arrangement of debt, financial analysis and modelling, report writing and project management.
Portfolio - support the execution of tasks in support of companies in the portfolio, including full potential plan support and exit process management.
Supporting the directors in all aspects of the business.
Candidate Profile -
Relevant candidates must be highly numerate and display the following characteristics:
*1-2 years' experience within a relevant industry: - private equity, management consulting, corporate finance MA, investment consulting or transaction services / corporate finance within a Big 4 accounting firm.
*Strong analytical and commercial skills.
*Self-driven with an ability to work both individually and as part of a small team. An entrepreneurial mindset and a highly proactive attitude.
*Fluent in both written and spoken English/German. Fluency in Dutch would be advantageous.
