Investment Analyst – Unlisted Assets recruitment
This established fund manager is a recognised investor in all asset classes with a specialist area that makes direct equity investments into Property, Infrastructure and Private Equity. Based on growth in this space they are interested to expand their exposure.
Reporting into the Manager of Alternative Investments your role will be to conduct due diligence of property (office mainly), infrastructure and private equity assets with the view to making an investment; Executing transactions and conducting review on the current portfolio of assets.
This is seen as a ‘senior’ hire and this candidate will have over 6 years of experience in this space with a preference towards property (office mainly). Within these asset classes your experience will be within making direct investments into assets including due diligence, execution and asset management.
