The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships for organisation's Investment Analytics Limited Partner (LP) Services in Asia Pacific. You will continuously improving the client experience for the portfolio of clients directly under your responsibility.

You will be responsible for developing and executing on cross sell opportunities as identified through your client account plans, involved to support your manager on new business development initiatives through the preparation of RFP responses and cost/fee estimates.

You will also be managing client relationships for in Asia Pacific, including improving the client experience, providing product training and education on product enhancements. You will be working with the global LP services team to ensure effective liaison between clients and the service delivery teams, lead new client on-boarding, training and service deployment and maintaining links to global product team to ensure the product delivered in region is in line with the global product.

In addition, you will also be prepare RFPs / RFI responses and fee quotes for the company and ensure good working relationship to keep updated with client portfolios specifics and changes. You will also be supporting execution of product strategy.

Your Profile
Suitable candidates will need at least 3-5 years of investment related experience and a strong technical understanding of investment analytics and alternatives products as well as proven presentation skills. Background in the alternatives asset industry, with detailed understanding of Private Equity and Real Estate Investments is required.

The role suits a person from a numerate or finance related discipline, whose experience and studies have ensured the development of strong numerical and presentation skills. You need a clear interest in the financial markets, solid organisation skills, excellent verbal and written communication with investment writing skills.

As a thought leader in the alternative asset industry you will need to discuss and implement solutions with clients to improve the client service experience and contribute to the prospect sales process.

You have strong attention to detail, good time prioritisation and professionalism is required at all times, with strong communication skills a must. Candidates for this position will possess alternative asset industry experience and a detailed understanding of Performance Analytics services with respect to Alternative Assets. Presentation skills and ability to work in cross border teams is a necessity.
